// The Story

From enterprise work abroad to an ERP for Nepal

CoddyPro started from a frustration we saw firsthand: Nepali businesses running critical operations on spreadsheets, paper billing books, and disconnected tools. The software options available were either too expensive, too complex, or completely unaware of Nepal's regulatory requirements.

Our engineers had spent years shipping enterprise software for clients in the UK, Europe, Australia, and the US. We knew what good looked like. And we decided to bring it home — as a product.

CoddyPro is that product: a full-fledged ERP built by Periwin Solutions, running on the Hilbert platform. It started with IRD-compliant billing — a problem every Nepali business faces — and grew into HRMS, inventory, EMR, asset, shifts, and rota management.

Periwin Solutions Founded

Periwin Solutions was founded in Kalikasthan, Kathmandu with one goal — build world-class enterprise software, from Nepal for the world.

2023

CoddyPro Launches

The first CoddyPro module — IRD Verified Billing — goes live, quickly becoming a trusted tool for tax-compliant invoicing across Nepal.

2024

The Full ERP Takes Shape

HRMS, Inventory, and Asset Management join the suite. CoddyPro evolves from a billing tool into a full-fledged ERP.

2025

Hilbert & Healthcare

The Hilbert platform powers CoddyPro end-to-end. EMR, Shifts & Rota modules launch for healthcare and workforce-heavy industries.

The Periwin Solutions team brings years of enterprise software experience — including products delivered for clients in the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and the United States. We came back to build something for Nepal.

Anil Poudyal

Founder, Periwin Solutions

Anil spent years building software for clients across Europe and Australia before returning to Nepal. He leads product strategy at Periwin Solutions and is the force behind CoddyPro — the company's flagship ERP product.

Priya Sharma

Head of Engineering

Priya has shipped production systems for fintech clients in the UK. At Periwin she leads the engineering behind CoddyPro and Hilbert — making the calls on architecture, performance, and security. She's opinionated about code quality for good reason.

Sujan Karki

Lead Product Designer

Sujan studied the gap between enterprise software and actual usability early in his career. He believes good design doesn't fight the user. At Periwin, he's the reason CoddyPro is something clients actually want to open.

Nisha built her career understanding what Nepali business owners actually worry about. She translates CoddyPro's technical capabilities into plain business outcomes — and she's usually the first person a new client speaks to.

Rohan came from a background running infrastructure for SaaS platforms serving tens of thousands of users in the US market. He brought those standards to the Hilbert platform. CoddyPro's uptime record is largely his doing.
